That is why we developed the “Assured Implementation Method – AIM” which is designed to open the lines of communication between our customers and our technical teams, laying the foundation for a trouble-free install. The AIM program encompasses three main elements:
- Provide our customers with helpful pre-installation guidance such as storing the unit until day of installation and proper utility and lift equipment requirements are in place.
- Provide meaningful training to maintenance personnel and operators at installation (our mechanical or process training is optional and at no additional cost to you!)
- Ensure our customers are 100% successful at start-up. Before we depart, you will be 100% confident making product in your new mixer.
