If you have Admix mixers:

• When is the last time you did any routine maintenance work to your Admix mixers?
• Are your mixers beginning to show some age?
• Are you continually working on one or more of your mixers?

Depending on your answers, you may consider having Admix visit your facility for a complete mixer audit, maintenance training for your production or maintenance teams, or to formulate a preventative maintenance plan.

Whether you have a batch mixer, inline mixer or wet mill, or powder induction system, we check up on them, perform a thorough inspection, and provide feedback and recommendations.

During the inspection, if we find that one of your mixers needs a rebuild, we take the time to rebuild it with your maintenance personnel.  We train your manufacturing staff on the proper techniques to rebuild the equipment so that you can get the most out of your mixer.

Once the condition of your mixing equipment has been determined, we develop a preventative maintenance plan specifically tailored to your needs.  The goal is to extend the life of your mixer and to prevent catastrophic failure.
