Admix to Exhibit Full Mixer Portfolio at Process Expo 2019

Admix, Inc., global leader of advanced mixing technologies for the food/beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries, will be showcasing its full range of mixing, milling, and powder induction and dispersion solutions at Process Expo 2019 taking place in Chicago, IL from October 8 – 11, 2019 at McCormick Place. Visitors to the booth (#326) will see how Admix in-tank and inline mixing equipment from lab scale to full scale production dramatically improves productivity, lowers operating costs, improves end-product quality, and ensures operator safety.

Optimized for mixing powders into liquids and reducing particle size, solutions on display will meet needs for high shear batch mixing, continuous mixing and emulsifying, wet milling, powder induction and dispersion and static mixing.

Prominently displayed in the booth will be the new Dynashear model DS-215 lab scale inline sanitary mixer and emulsifier. The DS-215 is ideal for small scale inline processing, product development, simulation and scale-up. With the Dynashear model DS-215, Processors and Laboratories will be able to take advantage of predictable, repeatable results from the lab to full production. The inline lab mixer is affixed to a mobile cart and is also equipped with VFD controls for more accurate scalability.

It instantly and completely wets and disperses powders inline at the particulate level at rates up to 450lbs per minute.
Boston Shearmill® – The Boston Shearmill is a high intensity wet mill. With up to 9 shear zones, the Boston Shearmill produces superior particle size reduction, often in just a single pas at high production rates.
Benchmix™ – The Benchmix benchtop lab mixer is ideal for product development and formula optimization and available with multiple high shear heads and low speed impellers and props.
Rotostat® – The Rotostat is a rotor-stator mixer with an optional lower prop that provides optimum shear and pumping rates for lump-free dispersion, hydration and emulsification.
Admixer® – The Admixer is an all-stainless sanitary static mixer and blender ideal for processing miscible fluids regardless of flow rates, viscosity or density.
