At Admix, we strive to help our customers extend the life of their mixers. If you “run to fail” your equipment without preventative maintenance or perhaps a necessary rebuild, your investment for replacement equipment will unnecessarily increase, and we want to save you money! While our mixers are designed for low maintenance overall, we recommend routine maintenance to extend its use and maximize your up time. If your mixers are starting to show their age or you’re continually working on one or more of them, you might consider an audit service.
Comprehensive Mixer Audit Service
Onsite at your facility, our expert field service technicians perform a thorough inspection of each mixer and provide feedback and recommendations. We’ll develop a preventative maintenance plan specifically tailored to your needs. The goal is to extend the life of your mixer and prevent catastrophic failure. If we find that a mixer is in need of a rebuild, we schedule it at your convenience. During the rebuild we will take the time to train your maintenance personnel, reviewing the proper techniques to effectively maintain the equipment components so that you’re getting the most out of your mixer going forward.
